(1) To carry out in earnest No.18 decree of the State Council and No.16 decree of Fujian provincial government to ensure further success in supporting the software industry.
(2) To the interior construction of the Association perfect by stipulating relevant regulations, gradually standardizing the working process and pushing forward all-round service.
(3) To further simplify and standardize the work of enterprise assessment.
(4) To actively coordinate with related departments for the launching of software products` registration and newly established software enterprises` recognition as soon as possible.
(5) To press for and quicken the pace of certification work of Computer Information System Integration Qualification
(6) To set up the system of visiting enterprises regularly and of regular investigation and research, to acquire an in-depth understanding of the problems and other matters of member enterprises, and to strengthen the communication between the Association and its member units.
(7) To clean up the policies and regulations of software and related industries, to issue relevant documents assembly, and to publish the periodical of the Association FUJIAN SOFTWARE INFORMATION at least quarterly.
(8) To establish the website of the Association, to put the information of all the member units on the Internet and keep updating regularly to provide the members with better and faster service.
(9) To offer training classes or lectures of special topics on relevant software quality certification, such as ISO 9000, CMM etc.
(10) To hold the council meetings and Member Congress of the Association, to approve new membership, and to supplement new council members and relevant leaders.
(11) To enlarge the number of group and individual members through publicity and service, to have better serving the government and enterprises as its supreme objective, and to welcome the enrollment of software industrial enterprises to the Fujian Software Industry Association.
(12) To carry out the investigation and researches on the software industry, to collect the statistics of the software enterprises and software products successfully, to build the data base of enterprises` information, to find out the situation of software industry of our province, to support and help software enterprises to develop quickly.
(13) To organize relevant software enterprises to participate in technology and economy exchanges such as the software expositions, technology symposia held within the industry at home and abroad, to further enhance their popularity, and to accelerate the technology advancement and outward development of this industry.
(14) To assist the administrations of justice at both levels of city and province in cracking down on software piracy to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of software enterprises in our province.
(15) To organize software enterprises of the whole province to carry out excellent software products competition at both provincial and national level, hence facilitating the entrance of the independently developed, copyright registered and self-branded software products to the markets at home and abroad.
(16) To take into account suitable ways to strengthen exterior exchanges and cooperation between the software industry of our province and other countries, to organize software enterprise to carry out exterior technology exchanges and products show, to make aggressive efforts to open up international markets; to organize high level officials of software enterprises and technical personnel to go abroad to inspect and tap the overseas markets according to schedule. |
