It was a fine day on May 19. Guests and friends gathered at the 4th phase of Fuzhou Software Park，with colored flags waving to and fro. The inauguration ceremony of Fuzhou Software Public Technology Service Centre was held accompanied by light & happy music and gun salute. The completion of this building emblematized that governments of Fujian Province and Fuzhou City are putting forth efforts to construct a software public technology service platform, foster a cluster of high-new software enterprise on the Strait West Coast, and it attracted the eyesight of relevant people from various circles inside and outside the province. 

    Those attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony include Wang Qinmin (Vice chairman of Political Consultative Conference and the head of Science and Technology Department of Fujian Province), Lian Zhixuan (Chairman of the standing committee of Fuzhou People's Congress), Xu Qiyuan(Secretary-general of Fuzhou City Party Committee and director of Software Park Management Committee),Vice-mayor Zhu Hua and other leaders concerned. Among the distinguished guests attending the ceremony were the 863 Theme experts from Ministry of Science and Technology Mei Hong, Liu Peng and Chu Chengyuan etc. Some investors and a number of software entrepreneurs participating in the 8th Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Fair also arrived at the spot to offer their congratulations and compliments. 

    Fuzhou Software Public Technology Service Centre has attracted an investment of over 10 million Yuan, and its construction area is about 6000 square meters. The center will build an advanced, open and self-contained public technology service platform, Which will include the building of a software development sharing platform, of the source of open laboratories, the service providing of software testing and evaluating, the construction of a platform for the trading of high-new technology property rights, and the foundation of technology sub-centers etc. Moreover it will offer the integrated service of policy, management, law, financial affairs, financing, market promotion and training etc.
