The principal part of it is the three numbers "863", while "FZSI" at its lower right hand corner is the capitalized English abbreviation of "Fuzhou Software Incubator". The logo takes blue as its key color tone, representing sky, ocean, science and technology, informatization. It looks like a book being opened, with the implied meaning that the national 863 software incubator is to open a new chapter on the hot ground of Fuzhou. |
