Support Targets
    (I) Those enterprises registered within the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and  with independent  corporate capacities approved by integrated circuit competent department and engaged in integrated circuit design, manufacture, packing and test. 
    (II) R&D scheme that  conforms to application guideline requirements. 
    (III) Equipped with R&D capability, inner management and sound financial system. 
    (IV) Run their business according to the law and pay taxes as required by relevant regulations.

Support Methods and Limits
    R&D fund adapts to the mean of financial assistance without compensation. In principle, the limit of assistance for every project does not exceed 50% of the R&D costs.

    Apply to Ministry of Information Industry

Time Limitation
    Experts from National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Information Industry draw up and issue the application guideline. The application is scheduled in September and October. Overdue applications are not accepted.
