Support Targets
Those enterprises and institutions registered in Fuzhou and pay taxes in the city and of corporate capacities can apply to municipal science and technology competent departments for utilization of three types of expenditure.
Support Methods and Limits
1. Counterpart funding: The projects listed in science and technology program by the nation and province. To support as per innovation level, market prospect and implement situation.
2. Loan with deducted interests: scientific and technological achievements of industrialization projects of enterprises in growth stage and mature state. The deducted interests rate is set according to 50％－100% of actual interest on loans in corresponding period.
3. Financial assistance without compensation: It mainly supports the R&D projects in the state of R&D, incubation and intermediate testing state, social benefit and agricultural research, development projects and the scientific and technological achievements promotion projects.
